CO Supplement to NSF Subaward - CSU Louis Stokes-Alliance for Minority Participation (CSU-LSAMP) Senior Alliance (2013-2018)

This agreement supports the work of Campus as one of the 23 CSU campuses participating in the California State University Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation project funded by the National Science Foundation and the CSU Office of the Chancellor. As such, CAMPUS contributes to and is bound by the scope of work described in NSF Grant Proposal HRD-1302873 titled, California State University Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (CSU-LSAMP) Senior Alliance (2013-2018), included as Attachment 5.1. In addition, CAMPUS' individual campus-based scope of work is described, on an annual basis, in a "Program Description" document approved by the Lead Project Director. The approved Program Description for year 4 is provided in Attachment 5.2. Program Descriptions for subsequent years shall be provided as amendments to this agreement.
