In this project, CSUN will use the resources available from the Association of American Colleges and Universities to support our student success initiatives, particularly those aimed at closing gaps in outcomes between students from traditionally underserved backgrounds and those from better served backgrounds. AACU funding will be used to implement the Inclusive Innovations Series, which is a program developed by the Office of Faculty Development and the Office of Student Success Innovations to train faculty in evidence-based pedagogical strategies that can be used to close opportunity gaps.
