Conduct two satisfaction surveys Los Angeles FamilySource centers in the greater Los Angeles area. Prepare written report summarizing results, comparing the three prior years of FamilySource results. Present findings to City staff members. Conduct a study on the local economic impact of the FamilySource system using data provided by LAHCID. Prepare a written report based on findings. Provide as needed technical assistance to City staff on performance measurement. Present findings at multiple meetings for community and City staff members
