    The CSU 5+ VITA Initiative is a collaboration among the California State University campuses and select community colleges in Los Angeles County focused on developing and integrated and coordinated free tax preparation services to low income taxpayers in Los Angeles County through the volunteer efforts of trained and certified student tax preparers.
