Lead Principal Investigator:
Determination of the maximum allowable transformation within the vault in order to maintain safe operation of the Voltek System. The maximum allowable transformation will be correlated to the maximum temperature in the vault. The maximum alooable temperature will be dependent on the thermal properties of the material. CSUN will verify all materials properties provided by Voltek in reference to those available in the literature.
